About Me

As a “Transplant Floridian” I have come to consider St. Petersburg my home for the last 26 years. I was born at Travis, AFB in northern California and moved to Florida in 1990 when my father retired from the United States Air Force. Unlike most of my friends, we had never had to move before, so the idea of moving to a new place was exciting! After finishing high school, I met my husband in a somewhat sitcom-type way.  He was the best man and I was the maid of honor at a mutual friends’ wedding! I know, it sounds cliche, but it is true! 

I used to be a bookkeeper in my “previous life” and had been praying for something more fulfilling and satisfying in my life. God led me to real estate about a year ago. I have always been interested in homes, since high school when I worked for a local interior designer. Life took me away from the industry with the birth of my son in 2002.  Now, my most important job is being a wife and mother to my family, a husband of sixteen years and two beautiful children who are growing up way too fast for my liking!

Being a lover of writing, I  decided to start writing home descriptions for a popular crowd sourcing site. In December of 2015, I decided I needed to reach people through real estate.  I truly believe that this business is about relationships first, houses second. You have to really get to know people when helping them buy or sell a home. It becomes personal and I find myself working really hard and enjoying every minute of it! I have met some of the most amazing people and I can’t wait to see who I can help next. Will it be you? I hope so.
